A typical apprenticeship with Aplus will consist of the following:

A competency element: this is ensuring you can do the job. We can achieve this element by observing you in the workplace using a skills officer to see how your act within your role. You will also have the support of a designated skills officer over the duration of your Apprenticeship.

Value added qualifcations: there are extra elements that we can intergrate into your learning. As part of Aplus Training you will be able to access our Microsoft Academy for training on Word and Excel.

Functional Skills: for thsoe who do not have a grade C or above in Maths or English we will support you to achieve an equivalent qualification.
