View A+ Video   QUADRANT < back to menu Shown below is the ‘e’ version - designed to help learners identify which items should be allocated to one of the four accounting categories shown. Learners click and drag the yellow stickers into the appropriate quantrant. If a learner chooses incorrectly, the item returns to the right hand side of the pinboard in order that they can try again. As items are added to the correct categories, the green stickers self-calculate the debit and credit side of the trial balance. The blue stickers indicate whether items appear in the Balance Sheet or Profit & Loss a/c. Download the e-version here. Manual Quadrant: The same concept but instead using A3 magnetic whiteboards, laid out in much the same way as the electronic version. Learners work through the activities in groups of 3-4 along with tutorial support as needed. You can either purchase these from us or we will make our templates for the stickers available to you for free on request... ...however you will have to make up the boards yourself (on a wet Sunday afternoon is normal!).
